Privacy Policy

AKAYA collects your email address when you voluntarily join the waitlist. If you choose to include the optional waitlist message, AKAYA also receives the feedback or other information you provide there. If you use the contact form, AKAYA receives your name, email address, selected discussion category, and message contents.

Your email address is used to register your place on the AKAYA waitlist and to contact you about AKAYA’s launch, availability, or waitlist-related updates. An optional waitlist message is used to understand your feedback and interest in AKAYA.

Information submitted through the contact form is used to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about the topic you selected.

Joining the waitlist does not create an AKAYA account.

Waitlist information, including optional messages, and contact information is not publicly visible.
